A few weeks back I finished off the website for Ania at Hair Passion Salon in La Mesa. Ania wanted something simple and sleek that offered her services, pricing structure and some samples of the work she has done. This was a relatively simple project, but my first for a hair stylist. JLA launches Race Partner Marketing (RPM) site

In the fall of 2009 I had a chance to get back into Sports Marketing where I spent a lot of time working in marketing and advertising. Because I do have alot of friends in the NHRA and now NASCAR, I decided to get back into the racing. Most of you know, I do have a large automotive background growing up with my father as a Master Auto Technician and Auto Technology Teacher for over 35 years. So its in my blood.

I spent basically a year formulating the right plan with a couple of other partners forming CRX Media in 2009. We shut down CRX at the end of the season parting ways with one of our former partners, and John Rogers and I started Race Partner Marketing (RPM). We now have a stable of 7 drivers in both the NHRA and NASCAR where we work on drivers brands, securing and negotiating marketing partnerships and new media design.

JLA is excited to announce the launch of the Junction Steakhouse and Sports Bar website. The site is pretty detailed and has a pretty cool menu layout that you can scroll left and right to navigate.

JLA unveil new Junction Steakhouse identity

Junction Steakhouse and Sports Bar received their new identity developed by Jason Lehr & Associates. The creative included several rounds of revisions and finally the company has made the decision on the new logo. I brought in a friend of mine, designer Nic Stauber, to work on this project. Nic is a pretty amazing guy, with some great talents. He also plays bass in the band FM era.

The identity plays out with a number of interchangeable uses of the same color.

JLA to brand Junction Steakhouse

San Diego, CA. – Jason Lehr and Associates has signed a deal to brand the Junction Steakhouse and Sports Bar in El Cajon, CA. The restaurant, formerly known as The Jamacha Bar & Grille has been a mainstay in the neighborhood, known for its quality meats, seafood and wine selection. Part of the changeover includes the remodeling of the old Jamacha Lounge opening it up and adding several more flat screen TV’s to operate more as a Sports Bar.

The Steakhouse and Sports Bar currently offer some of the East County’s best deals on Certified Angus Beef and Steaks, including their Prime Rib Tuesdays, where you can get a 12oz Prime Rib with vegetables, potatoes and your choice of soup or salad for just $9.99. Two other promotions include Fish Taco Thursdays, where you can get two cod fish tacos for $4.00, and two swordfish tacos for just $6.00. Saturdays are Steak Lover Saturdays where you can enjoy your choice of one of their Certified Angus Ribeyes, New York or Filet Mignon steaks, with vegetables, potatoes, soup or salad for just $14.99.

The Steakhouse and Sports Bar is located at 777 Jamacha Road El Cajon, Ca 92019 inside the Harvest Ranch Shopping Center just behind the Valero Gas Station.

The new brand will include a new logo identity, menu designs, table cards and a new website. We will also be consulting on marketing and advertising.

Estimated launch date for the new brand is 9/7/10.

JLA and Kymera launch Harvest Ranch Markets site

After several months of development we are pleased to announce the launch of the new home of Harvest Ranch and Jonathan’s Market on the web. Dallo Enterprises, the parent company of Harvest Ranch and Jonathan’s Markets approached me back originally late last year about revamping their store website, to make it a more marketable and user friendly site for their customers. Harvest Ranch Market is a gourmet grocery store with four locations throughout San Diego County, including Johnathan’s Market in La Jolla, which all operate under the same umbrella. Their signature all-natural Brandt and Kobe Beef is top notch, and their selection of hand-picked fresh seafood daily makes sets them apart from the competition. They only offer Prime and Choice grades of Beef and Sushi-grade Seafoods! They also offer a unique variety of specialty foods from around the world including hard to find oils and vinegars, specialty imported cheeses from Italy and France, and the largest selection of wines in San Diego County.

It was a pleasure to work on the site with my development partners at Kymera Studio. Gina and Karl and I have teamed up on other projects in the past and we have always had a great working relationship. It shows in this site, which was a completely original design using Word Press content management software for the build. The site includes an events calendar for customers to stay abreast on the latest beef and wine tastings, and plenty of eye candy as to the fresh meats and seafoods they offer.

James Day – The Dream Begins

Good guy and NHRA Nitro Funny Car Pilot James Day experiences his first race day start at the 2010 Mopar Mile High Nationals in Denver, CO. A great story of perseverance and a love for racing. James is looking for marketing partners to continue competing in Nitro Funny Car in 2011, and he’s a great marketable commodity.

JLA launches Shammam Consulting Services site

Shammam Consulting Services, Inc. is a solutions provider of Microsoft Dynamics including, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics POS, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. They specialize in accounting software and business applications to fit unique business needs.

Shammam approached me about revamping their corporate website. They were growing as a company and needed something with a more relevant look and feel in their very competitive landscape in which they operate in. We decided to use WordPress CMS (Content Management System), because it provides a simple, cost-effective website which is expandable as their business grows. Because of the CMS, the client will be able to add blog posts and make simple minor updates without the need to call on our tech department.

Shammam plans to add video case-studies in the near future to better introduce and show relevant customer feedback to potential clients that may be looking for similar solutions.

Shammam Consulting Services hires JLA to produce new site

Shammam Consulting Services, Inc. an Information Technology and Custom Retail Management solutions company has hired Jason Lehr and Associates to produce their new corporate website. With the evolution of their own technological advancements, Shammam needed to upgrade their own site to be more relevant in the market place.

The site will be built with Word Press content management software, and will plan to launch sometime at the end of June 2010.
