In the fall of 2009 I had a chance to get back into Sports Marketing where I spent a lot of time working in marketing and advertising. Because I do have alot of friends in the NHRA and now NASCAR, I decided to get back into the racing. Most of you know, I do have a large automotive background growing up with my father as a Master Auto Technician and Auto Technology Teacher for over 35 years. So its in my blood.
I spent basically a year formulating the right plan with a couple of other partners forming CRX Media in 2009. We shut down CRX at the end of the season parting ways with one of our former partners, and John Rogers and I started Race Partner Marketing (RPM). We now have a stable of 7 drivers in both the NHRA and NASCAR where we work on drivers brands, securing and negotiating marketing partnerships and new media design.
